Current Opening : Systems Analyst   Date Posted : 1/6/2015
Analyze and design requirements; create business and technical specifications for the development group. Work with QA group to develop test plan test cases to test the deliverables from the technical group. Test deliverable from a business point of view and report back to the technical group on the issues. Manage the entire process until the deliverable is complete will be required to work using PlanIT, PasCarrier, PasExecutiveNet, Sql/Oracle, Databases, PasWebPortal. Required Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Foreign Equivalent Acceptable. Travel may be required across the USA.

AS/400 Programmer
Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support AS/400 based software applications. Client contact at office and client site.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years programming experience
  • COBOL/400
  • AA/BS/BA in Math, Computer Science, MIS, CIS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with the AS/400 operating system and Windows/95/NT
  • Experience with troubleshooting, meeting deadlines, working within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 20-25% travel

Qualifications:

  • Proven project and people management skills (prior management positions a+).
  • Demonstrated track record for delivering integrated solutions on time, within budget with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • General insurance knowledge with detailed knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance and individual lines of business including Workers Compensation.
